By downloading, installing, or using Fynto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.

The App offers virtual gems as in-app purchases. Gems are used to create new memory books within the App.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms and conditions.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Virtual gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including text, photos, and other materials ("User Content").
All User Content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your User Content on any external servers.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the App's intellectual property beyond the limited license described above.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances. We recommend regularly backing up your device.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
