This Privacy Policy describes how Fynto ("we", "our", or "the App") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience using our app.

Information Collection

Data Stored Locally

Fynto stores all user data locally on your device. This includes:

• User profile information (nickname, account creation date)
• Trip data (trip names, dates, descriptions, cover images)
• Entry data (text content, photos, mood, weather, dates)
• In-app currency balance (gem count)

Data NOT Collected

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Personal identification information (real name, email, phone number)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Any data on external servers

Photo Access

Fynto requests access to your photo library solely for the purpose of selecting and attaching photos to your travel entries. Photos selected are compressed and stored locally within the app's sandbox on your device. We do not upload, share, or transmit your photos to any external service.

In-App Purchases

Fynto offers in-app purchases for virtual gems. Purchase transactions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store infrastructure. We do not collect or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted database. Data is contained within the app's sandbox and is not accessible to other applications. When you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

Third-Party Services

Fynto does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect user data.

Children's Privacy

Fynto does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Data Deletion

To delete all your data, you can:

1. Log out from the Settings page within the app, which removes all stored data
2. Delete the app from your device, which permanently removes all associated data
